The diXa project is now an associated partner of EUDAT. EUDAT represents a unique partnership between research communities and data centers. It brings together data service providers and users who are directly involved with the design of data services.

IST-Africa 2014 – announcement & call for papers

May 2014: Part of the IST-Africa Initiative, which is supported by the European Commission under the ICT Theme of Framework Programme 7 (FP7), IST-Africa 2014 is the ninth in an Annual Conference Series which brings together senior representatives from leading commercial, government & research organisations across Africa and from Europe, to bridge the Digital Divide by sharing knowledge, experience, lessons learnt and good practice and discussing policy related issues.

Survey on the use of toxicogenomics data, limitations and improvements that can be made

On June 26-27, 2013, a workshop on identifying opportunities for global integration of toxicogenomics databases was hosted at the NIEHS in North Carolina (USA). This workshop was a joint effort of Maastricht University (The Netherlands) representing the EU projects diXa and Research Data Alliance (RDA) Europe (= iCORDI) and NIEHS representing CEBS.
