ZonMw Enabling Technologies project

In 2014 a ZonMw Enabling Technologies grant was acquired by the Toxicogenomics department of Maastricht University. The Enabling Technologies initiative (http://www.zonmw.nl/en/programmes/enabling-technologies-hotels/programme/) focuses on stimulating the cooperation between Technology Hotels and public-private projects, such as diXa, thereby providing access to high-end technologies and the connected expertise and infrastructure via a service-oriented facility (the Hotel). The Maastricht University Bioinformatics department BiGCaT was appointed as Technology Hotel and provided support in the development of a multi-omics analysis approach within the pathway analysis software PathVisio. The successful results of that cooperation are described in diXa Milestone report 8.6 available for download HERE.
